Sacred Defenders Of The Universe

2023

IDÉA 2024 silver award winner. Category : Digital experiences : On-site, hybrid, or vitual experience.

Sacred Defenders of the universe is an immersive journey through the graphic novel universe of Indigenous creators Kori Czuy, Justin Towell and Earl Benallie.

This story driven experience follows the quest of 4 Indigenous heroes - Aqueous, Embers, Terra and Areus - as they seek to protect nature from the Horned Serpent's villainy. The 15-minutes experience will have guests discover Indigenous culture and ancestral beliefs by interacting with the story's characters and being immersed in the graphic novel environments.

Through playful, yet simple action-reaction interactivity, the powerfully immersive experience will have guests of all ages leave with a strong sense of their own connection to nature and indigenous understanding.
