Thibault Ilié

Project Manager - Production

With a BTS in Product Design and a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Thibault is not only a designer and project manager but also a specialist in emerging technologies.

His career is defined by deep expertise in rapid prototyping, developed through a wide range of projects—from experimental art to aerospace—within various companies including Axis Prototypes.
This enriching experience, which began in 2016, strengthened his structured methodology and discipline, both essential to ensuring quality and efficiency across the projects he has led.
During this time, Thibault also mentored industrial design students at Université de Montréal, sharing his knowledge and helping shape the next generation of designers.

He later joined Normal Studio as a project manager in immersive experience production. Over his three-year tenure, his skills in analysis, team management, and interpersonal communication enabled him to successfully deliver a broad spectrum of projects in both Canada and abroad.
These included performing arts (Echo by Cirque du Soleil), museum exhibitions (Canadian Museum of History), corporate events (C2 Montréal, Canadian Tire’s 100th anniversary), large-scale outdoor projections (Cité Mémoire Charlevoix), as well as concert content for Japanese artist Yoshiki and two world tours by Mélanie Martinez.
During this time, he also led the company’s innovation department—a role that deepened his passion for emerging tools and technologies. With a growing focus on immersive experiences, he continues to explore new creative and technical solutions.

In 2024, Thibault joined the Supply + Demand team as a project manager. His multidisciplinary background and in-depth industry knowledge make him a valuable asset to the team.
