Victor Lamontagne

Victor Lamontagne is a Technical Director with nearly twenty years of experience in the performing arts and multimedia industries.
Trained in technical design and production at the National Theatre School of Canada, he has built his career working with several of Montreal’s major cultural institutions.

From 2009 to 2022, Victor held technical leadership roles in various Montreal-based theatre organizations, including the Festival TransAmériques and Théâtre Denise-Pelletier. He also contributed to numerous national and international tours, leading the development of large-scale visual environments and interactive scenography. He later joined Les 7 Doigts as Creative Technical Director, continuing to design complex experiential projects that combine scenography and live performance.

In 2024, Victor joined Supply + Demand as Technical Director, where he oversees the development and integration of immersive systems for international museum exhibitions and touring productions. With deep expertise in technical design, production management, and creative collaboration, Victor plays a key role in delivering the studio’s most ambitious projects.
